The closed ladder system offers multiple adjustments: seven positions for the backrest (0, 15, 30, 45, 60, 75, and 85 degrees) and three positions for the seat (0, 15, 30 degrees). Made from 3mm and 4.5mm thick steel and weighing over 55kg, the bench is built for ultra-durability, making it perfect for intense and frequent workouts.
